This feature was made through a close collaboration between FilmTecknarna producer Linda Hambäck, FilmTecknarna director Jessica Laurén and the author and illustrator, Stina Wirsén.   The family-friendly, endearing stories portray exquisitely drawn, expressive animal characters going on adventures.

Hambäck says “We really wanted to fill the gap of good quality films for preschool children.  Knowing that the WHO? books have been so successful for smaller children we contacted Stina Wirsén, who has been approached many times before.   She felt that our ideas and respect to keep the chararcters’ originality could bring life to the books, and after the gala premier recently with hundreds of children, we happily concluded that we succeeded to transfer the children’s love for the books to the screens.”

Hambäck is also happy to announce she has signed up with international distributor Non Stop Sales which has a great catalogue of films.
